I build systems so I can train.

I co-founded Enhanced Rentals — AI for short-term rental operators — and run RENTUJEMY, ~500 properties across Poland and Dubai. We automated most of the work so the operation doesn't need me in the loop.

The point of building systems that actually work? So I can train jiu-jitsu every day, climb mountains, and — once — finish a triathlon. This site is where I log it: the summits, the failed attempts, and the lessons along the way.
